TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You, the advertiser, have hired The Members Digest as your advertisement publisher. You, the advertiser, agree and understand that all sales are final and no cancellations are accepted.

The Members Digest assumes full responsibility for the publishing and distribution of the Members Digest Magazine. Our goal is to release the publication in a timely manner, however on occasion print dates will change from our original schedule – this will not have any affect on your purchased advertising period. We reserve the right to replace, change or add distribution points as deemed necessary.

Final printed hard copies of the magazine will be mailed to all advertisers at the mailing address provided at the time of purchase. The magazines will also ship to local distribution points. Upon request a digital version of your ad will be emailed to you for your own records.
